1978 Pontiac Trans Am Y-88 Description

Time to move this one along. We refinished a 48,000 mile car with minimal wear. Faded original paint was stripped off a small amount of body work was done see photo of original. Only rust was on right 1/4 panel where a rag was stuffed between and rotted from inside out. Very small about 8"x8". Car was refinished in dupont chroma base clear. Carpets, seats recovered, and headliner was replaced. Randy Combs did the dash and shifter plate. Rebuilt original engine and trans. Previous owner had headers and performer intake installed at that time. Unfortunately he did not save originals. All new brakes and and lines. A/C still has R-12 and blows ice cold. This is a very reliable and driving car just drove 220 miles round trip. We also did the Bandit run 2014 from Carlisle Pa to Myrtle Beach with no problems.
