This 2001 Subaru Impreza 2.5RS started its life as a Florida car, it was well cared for by the original owner and had all work done at the dealer. When I purchased the car it was in flawless condition, no rust at all (very rare on these cars) and no mechanical issues. Almost 2 years later she was complete and looking amazing!
I am not eager to sell the car nor in need of money so there is no real rush, my daily driver is a 911 so I dont really get to take the car out as much as I would like. Also there are a few new projects I want to get started with that would take this cars place in the garage. Before I go in to deep details on everything here are some of the basic questions I get; Its a hybrid STi swap, it still has factory 5 speed transmission, no mechanical issues at all, the chassis has about 280K miles on it but the built engine has less then 2000 miles, and yes the AC still works!!!

Additional Details
1) The car has no mechanical issues at all. It did have a problem with the steering rack having an air leak, I had local Subaru dealer install brand new Rack, Pump and lines so everything is in mint condition now (this was done less than 800 miles ago).2) ICE COLD AC!!!3) It does have the OEM 5 speed transmission in it, but has a new Exedy HD Clutch Kit so there is no slipping with the extra power. Plans were to do a 6 speed at some point, but after researching I found lots of people with STi swaps ran the 5 speed no issues as long as you put good gear oil in and dont slam through gears or hard launch.4) Car has been locally tuned and is setup fairly conservative as I wanted something you could jump in and drive to work with AC on and have no issues. She is set to peak at 24 lbs of boost and taper down to 18 lbs, she pulls like a freight train when you need her to and drives very smooth when you are just cruising.5) When the engine was done we had new Timing Belt, Water Pump and Tensioner done. Also all fluids and plugs were replaced less than 1000 miles ago (Transmission, Brake and Differential)6) The passenger window was having the common slow movement issue, replaced the motor with new unit and it has no issues now.7) The car has a Moon Roof and it does not leak8) The car has a clean Florida title
As I stated before if I am missing anything or you have any questions just let me know. The car is fantastic and has no issues, but due to its nature it is being sold AS-IS with no warranty. I would advise anyone come look at it and drive it to see how great it is.
You may notice some subtle differences in the pictures posted, I have swapped wheels and some external parts just to see what I liked the look of.
