2002 Subaru WRX Description

Regretful sale of my Bug wagon but this must go as I'm moving back to New Zealand. One of only a hand full in the Charleston Area. Getting harder to find these days. I purchased the car in early 2013 and its been a blast. About 6 months after I purchased the car a dodgy cam belt idler seized and caused all sorts of damage to the original engine so I went for a low k's JDM replacement. Its has approximately 55000miles on the Engine and 75000miles on a USDM 05 WRX Transmission. Body has 189xxxxmiles. It was then Tuned via Rom Raider with Ron Watson at Phatt Botti Tuning in CAL. Car Makes about 270hp to the wheels According to Rom Raiders Road Dyno. So easily 300hp to the Fly Wheel.

9:1 Compression Ratio
830cc DE capped Light Blue injectors cleaned and flowed by Witch Hunter, New seals.
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
Custom Silicone intake with AEM Oil less pod filter.
Stock BOV venting to atmosphere with one way check valve.
JDM ECU Tuned.
IAP Wiring kit for AVCS.
Unequal length tubular headers.
EGT bung welded into number 3 runner for gauge, never got there.
2.5 Inch up pipe, no cats.
TDO4HL, Larger than USDM.
Gates Racing Timing belt and Accessory Belts
ARP 2000 Head Studs
All new Oil Seals from Subaru
Most Rubber Lines replaced with Red Silicone
Grimspeed 3 port Electronic Boost Control Unit

18x9 Rota DPT, You cannot buy this size any more fit the wagon perfectly with guard rolling. A little rash but nothing a good lip polish wont take out.
Bridgestone Potenza RE760 in the rear 6 months old 225/40/18
Nexin in the front 5-6mm tread left 225/40/18

While rolling the rear fenders the all to common Subaru rear quarter panel rust popped through, never got round to fixing it but a local guy reckoned that the best fix would be to cut out the cancer and fiber glass the area.
The body isn't perfect but for a car 15 years old and daily driven, (manufactured in July 2001) its looking pretty decent. A few dings here and there and a little bit of flaking paint but nothing a good bit of TLC wont take car of.

Missile Switch hooked up to green connectors under dash for quick ECU reflashing.
Drivers seat has a small tear along seam from getting in and out
Carpet is in pretty good shape apart from heal hole on drivers side
Steering wheel is a little worn but nothing to bad.
I would give the Interior a 6.8/10
3 Gauge Clock Pod. With 2 spare spots for gauges.
AC is hooked up but will need to be charged after the engine swap.
Heater Core sprung a Leak 2 years ago on the original engine so I just bypassed it as I didn't have time to pull the dash out.
All in all it's a great car, very fun to drive, but it has to go soon. Looking to get $7500 out of it but open to reasonable offers. Would like to see it go to an enthusiast.
