2006 Toyota Avalon XLS Description

Bought from in January 2016 from the original owner (our neighbor in Jacksonville, Florida), an 88 year old lady who kept her Avalon in the garage 100% of the time. Loaded, with a fairly new Pioneer CD/AM/FM/Bluetooth premium sound system, which I installed mostly for the back-up camera. Leather seats, power everything, very powerful and peppy engine. No one has smoked in this car, and no pets have been in this car! All service records showing oil changed at proper intervals. Tires are 8 months old - brand new Michelins from Costco. Mechanically this is 10 of 10, but it does have dings and dents in the doors - making it a 7 or 8 of 10.
No accidents and driven very little. I bought it with 31,000 miles, and have used it commuting between Jacksonville, FL and Chantilly, VA since March of 2016 - so it has proven dependable and reliable on longer trips. Road miles are good miles for cars - better than city driving! My daily commute is 5 miles each way, and because of my hours, there isn't a lot of stop and go. Car is still registered in Florida.
3.5L V6 engine was thoroughly checked when I bought it, and I have kept synthetic oil changes up to date. We are moving to Virginia for good, and I need to sell one of the cars since we are living in a condo.
