2001 Toyota Sienna XLE Description

We are the original owners of this 2001 Toyota Sienna XLE (loaded) are having to say goodbye as we downsize for retirement. Car was built for us and garage kept - mostly in Jacksonville, Florida from 2001 to 2011. We haven't been driving it much for the past few years other than to do occasional errands, and she needs to be driven. Non-smokers so it is smoke free and pet free. Never in an accident, always treated with Mobil-1 synthetic oil every 4-5000 miles, and has been well cared for. Car sticker price was around $49,000 new, and had every option I could fit because I worked for Toyota (in the IT department) and we had incentives for the added options. 4 comfy seats with room for 2 more seats (I don't have the 5th and 6th seats), leather upholstery with birds-eye maple trim. CD changer, entertainment system we never used (VHS!), towing package, separate front and rear A/C and lots more. She is still registered in Florida - I drove her up from our home last week - so she will need to be transferred to VA. Here are the details of items I know she could use: 1) an O2 sensor in the exhaust that costs around $120 to replace has had the service engine light on for a year or so. Dealer said it didn't affect performance, so I left it alone. 2) Leather needs conditioning - it's beginning to show signs of wear at one of the seams on the armrest. 3) A/C belt needs to be replaced (squeals when started with A/C on). Aside from that, she has a brand new battery, cold air, and everything works fine. Because she only has 92,700 miles, she is just really getting broken in. Dealership said these can easily go for 300,000 miles, especially with the way we've treated her. 3 liter V6 and transmission are in excellent condition.
