2002 Volkswagen Passat- Fix it or use for parts?

2002 Volkswagen Passat Description

I'm a private seller and I have this 2002 VW Passat for sale at a low starting bid of $900!
FIX IT UP OR USE IT AS A PARTS CAR- THE PARTS ON IT ARE WORTH A WHOLE LOT MORE THAN WHAT I HAVE IT LISTED FOR!
It has alittle less than 131,700 miles on the original motor with an automatic transmission. We're the third owners of this vehicle. It was recently looked at by a mechanic for repair purposes and was told the engine sounds good and strong. The transmission shifts smoothly. Overall the outside of the car still looks nice with the interior needing some cleaning here and there (a good detail wouldn't hurt). It's been sitting for about a year due to stepson not being able to afford it any longer.
Below are the things on the car that need fixing before it can be driven daily:
Leaks oil due to the seal/seals in the engine- Needs replacing, Can be fixed if you have the right VW tools!Check Engine light is on for code P0778- transmission fluid is dirty?Wheel Sensor light is on- one or several of the sensors needs replacingHeat/Defrost just stopped workingPassenger front tire needs replacing (right now the spare is on, wheel is in the trunk)
Was and could still be a great car with alittle work and proper maintenance!
