Do not bid unless you have the funds to pay for it immediately available! Your finances must be in place prior to placing a bid! Your bid is not contingent upon me waiting for you to come up with the money or be approved for a loan. Your bid is not contingent upon an inspection. All inspections must be done prior to placing a bid! I try hard to list any cosmetic or mechanical defects I find during my inspection of the car. There is no warranty on any “check engine” or any other vehicle warning lights that are illuminated after the car is sold! Full payment is due within three business days of auction close! Warranty: All of my cars are sold "as-traded", "as-is". There is no warranty of any kind.

Payment: The successful high bidder must make the non-refundable $199 PayPal deposit within 24 hours of auction close. Full payment is due within 3 days of auction close via certified funds. Cash in person, bank check, certified check, money orders or bank wire transfer are the only acceptable forms of payment.

Fees: There is a non-negotiable $199 document fee added to the high bid price of each transaction. This helps cover the costs associated with the temp tag, transportation, title work and operating costs.

Non-paying bidders: Due to a rash of non-paying bidders, the successful bidder that does not follow through with the transaction (a legal contract) will be reported to eBay, and will be forwarded to a collection agent. I am forced to do this to recoup my losses from listing fees and wasted time! Please only bid if you ready, willing and able to buy the car!

About me & my cars: I am a licensed and bonded auto dealer here in New Jersey. I have over ten years of experience selling cars here on eBay. The majority of the cars I offer here were trade in's at new car dealerships. Rather than taking these vehicles to the dealer auction, I'm selling them here on eBay. This means wholesale prices to you, and I can turn over my inventory quickly. I do not have the service or maintenance history or any other documentation unless otherwise stated. The cars I offer here are not new, they are used! Some maintenance items may need to be addressed, and there may be some wear consistent with the age and mileage of the car. Please read the description and review all photos carefully! If you have any specific questions, please don't hesitate to contact me!!

Taxes & Title: You will be responsible for registration, taxes and title fees when you register the car in your home state. New Jersey residents will be required to pay 7% sales tax on the high bid price. All titles are in my possession, owned outright and are "clean", with no liens or encumbrances. I do not deal with salvaged, flooded, storm damaged or wrecked cars.

Pickup: Vehicle must be picked up within 10 days of auction close. I can issue a 20-day temporary tag (30-day for NJ residents) with a valid US drivers license and proof of insurance. Because I am tight on storage space, a $10/day storage fee will be assessed after 10 days.

Transportation: I am located one hour from either Newark International Airport (EWR) or Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), and a half hour from Trenton-Mercer Airport (TTN). In most cases, I will be available to pick you up during business hours, as well as the nearest bus stop or train station.
