1971 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia Base 1.6L

1971 VW Karmann Ghia 2 door Coupe

The car has a 1600 cc engine with 4 speed transmission runs and moves (as in it goes in gear and can be driven back and forth not dive it home). It does not run quite right, engine could use some tuning not sure what. It stalls sometimes and runs rough, but has no engine noises. It can not be driven, must be towed or put on a trailer. No oil or other leaks. I never drove it on the road. I have no time to finish. It has a short throw shifter. It has a push button start. The mileage on the odometer says 40,100. The paint is fair few bubbles, cracks, and nicks, but not rust. The floors are solid, but were patched at some point by someone else. It has new brakes, shocks, steering tie rod,steering damper, and headlight switch. The car does need some work. It needs front end alignment, window seals, passenger door pull repaired, and seat strap ( holds up back seat is missing). The glove box not installed but comes with vehicle. Engine compartment cable is missing, so the engine compartment does not latch.
