2001 Ford F-150 Lariat Description

Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Ryan and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the nearly 100 photos as well as read this entire description and our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is 2001 Ford F-150 crew cab with 127K. I would rate the exterior of this truck to be BELOW AVERAGE CONDITION. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imprecations commensurate with the age and milage. On this specific Ford, There are some scratches and scuffs. The worst being at the right rear quarter panel. You can also see that the rocker panels have been repaired. Since the rockers were repaired I decided to roll under the truck to see how it looked. The cab and cab mounts look good but the bed and bed mounts are in sad shape. In my opinion I would just get a used replacement bed from a junk yard. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and tailgate all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. All of the trim and cladding are intact. The factory wheels show well and are wrapped in a matching set of Good Year tires with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would rate the interior of this Ford to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and milage. This crew cab lariat interior shows well. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. The dash and headliner are clean. The leather seats are soft supple and comfortable showing very little wear. The one thing I noticed is the odometer light goes in and out. This is very common on these Ford's and it never affects the milage. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The audio system is original and works properly. Please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully. Mechanically, this Ford appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.6L V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I haven't noticed any leaks and the engine dose not smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good but it feels like the brake system needs to be bleed. I also noticed a exhaust leak under the truck. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. There have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and smooth but pulls a little to the right. Nothing that would keep me from driving it. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
