1986 Jeep CJ Description

1986.5, 1986 1/2 Jeep CJ7. This is one of the last batch of CJ7's produced before being discontinued by AMC. This is a project Jeep! It does run and drive but has been sitting for a couple of years and the brake pedal is soft. Last PA inspection was 12/2014. Was a 258 6 cylinder. Now a 304 V8, 5 speed with the Dana 300 transfer case. Has power steering but no power brakes. Has the optional 21 gallon gas tank and Dana 44 back rear. Frame looks in very good shape. Body was repaired sometime ago and will need work again. (See all pictures) Jeep has a real nice rear bumper with a built in swing away tire carrier. Made by Warn maybe?? Has a bikini top now but I do have a full soft top and doors that you may have. They are not in the best of shape but better than nothing. ;) Tires are like new but are heavilydryrotted and are no good for street use. They are 33x12.50R15. Jeep has a 2 1/2 inch leaf spring lift kit. Engine has a HEI distributor, Edelbrock intake manifold with a Holley Street Avenger carburetor. Headers are fenderwell exit with Flowmaster mufflers. I have an extra complete 5 speed with a dana 300 and a 304 V8 engine that will go with this Jeep. The extra engine and trans are untested, but I was told from the guy I bought them from that they were good.The Jeep and extra parts are being sold as is.Take a good look at all the pictures and feel free to ask any questions!
