NO RESERVE - 4X4 - LAREDO - 134K
2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Description
Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Ryan and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms and Conditions BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I would rate the exterior of this jeep to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. On this specific Jeep, there are some scuffs on the hood and passengers side and the tail pipe is bent down a bit. Other than those few things the body is in pretty good shape. The maroon finish shines nicely and the body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory wheels show nicely and are wrapped in a matching set of cooper tires with safe tread all around. Please take the time to check out each of the photos. I would rate the interior of this Jeep to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets are full looking throughout the interior but have some stains. The dash and headliner are clean. The cloth seats show well and are supple and comfortable. The power windows, locks and mirrors all work properly. The audio system is the original AM/FM radio with CD/Cassette player that sounds good. The climate control system also appears to be working properly. The heater blows hot. It's a little cold out to tell if the air conditioner blows cold but the compressor kicks on as needed. The cargo area is clean. Again, please take the time to check out each of the photos. Mechanically, this Jeep appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.0L in line 6 cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine dose not smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels good but could use a set of bushings at some point. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature. The engine makes good power and feels smooth. There have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The only thing I noticed is when the engine is good and hot the oil pressure while idling seems a little lower than i'm used to. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The 4 wheel drive is tested and working properly. I noticed a small vibration between 50 to 60 MPH. Most likely a tire needs balanced. With winter here now is your chance to get a 4 wheel drive that will get you where you need to go. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
