1998 Jeep Cherokee Sport Description

1998 Jeep Cherokee. Completely built from the ground up by myself over the last 2 years. I don't even know where to start so I will just go over some basic stuff. Please call me with any questions. Built by ASE master Tech. I have been collecting parts and installing them on my xj for 10 years but the body got rusty so I replaced it last year. That build snow balled out of control into what you see now. My family has outgrown it so its time to sell it and build something else.
Specs:
1998 Jeep Cherokee sport. Almost rust free from Colorado. It needed a floor pan so that was replaced.
Front axle: HP Dana 30 with 4.88 gears (installed 10K miles ago with all new bearings), Aussie locker, C Gussets, I sleeved the axle tubes, almost alloy kit on the shafts with Spicer joints, 1 year old Timken wheel bearing, new pads and rotors, Iron rock offroad HD hi steer kit. It has a little bump steer on a bumpy road. I think a steering stabilizer would help this. No death wobble EVER. HD lower control arm mounts.
Rear axle: Chrysler 8.25 with Iron rock off road truss, 4.88 gears (installed 10k miles ago) with a factory limited slip, Solid differential cover, Disc brake conversion. The rear end howls a bit but seems to quiet down after a long drive or when the doors are off.
Engine was completely rebuilt 5k miles ago. .040 over pistons/ rings all new bearings, Hi flow oil pump, screaming demon ignition system. Newer generation intake manifold. Optima Red top battery that is 6 months old. Duel electric cooling fans. The oil pressure shows low on the gauge when then engine is very hot in the summer. I replaced the sending unit and it didn't help. I screwed on a mechanical gauge and the oil pressure does not actually get low when the vehicle is hot. This engine runs very well. It does not knock/rattle or tick.
Transmission is stock. The transfer case was split and inspected for wear when the hack and tap was installed on the output shaft 5K miles ago.
The Colorado chassis was stripped and placed on a rotisserie. The bottom was sand blasted and painted with black rustoleum. The springs, axles and some brackets were also sand blasted and painted with rustoleum. The frame was plated from front to rear and 2x6 rockers were installed. All 4 doors have been cut to clear the hi clearance rockers. All 4 doors are removable. I have 4 tube doors that will be included in the sale. The rear quarters have been cut and folded with new boxes made for the bottom. The inside of the floor was also painted with rustoleum before the new carpet was installed. Nickel/ Copper brake linesthroughout the entire vehicle. They will never rust. Braided/stainless brake lines. Lumina Z34 hood vents were installed to keep the under hoodtemp. lower. 32" LED light bar hidden behind the grill. Gas tank skid plate. The body was then stripped and painted with 2012 "crush orange" BC CC.
Suspension: 5.5" Rubicon express coil springs with 1" spacer in the front. Bilstein shocks with bar pin eliminators, extended bump stops. Rubicon express track bar. Iron rock offroad long arms (5/16" wall fixed arms) with IRO high clearance cross member. The rear is super lift 4.5" 3 leaf pack springs with longer shackles and shackle boxes from HD offroad engineering. The rear axle was moved back 2" with ruff stuff specialties 2+ spring perches.
Brand new 35x12.5-15 Goodyear MT/R kevlar with black steel soft 8 15x10 wheels. 2000 miles on them.
I built the bumpers for better approach and departure angles. They have sturdy hook points that are through welded.
I have roughly $12K in parts and $15K in labor into this thing. I have had it out twice. Once to Rocks and Valleys, once to the Mounds.
No trades and I don't need help selling it. I will not respond to low ball offers. If you wants a $2000 beater XJ go buy one. This is not it...
