2005 Saab 9-2X Aero Wagon 4-Door Description

Up for auction is my 2005 Saab 9-2x Aero - If you don't know much about this vehicle its essentially a 2006 Subaru WRX Wagon with Saab/STi upgrades (meaning it has upgraded looks, better sound deadening material inside, STi steering rack and suspension components, etc...). Also before you go "ohhhh crap its an Automatic, screw that! MANUAL 4 LIFE BRO!!!" please know an Automatic WRX has some great benefits, such as its always in boost. Personally I love manual and skipped past every auto WRX I ever saw but then had the chance to drive one with some light mods and was shocked. Will you be "killing the game", probably not but you also wont be killing your left leg in stop/go traffic.
When I purchased this vehicle it was in great mechanical condition but looks wise needed help. The interior was swapped out with a 2005 WRX and STi components. We also had the car gone over front to back to make sure everything is working as it should. All details below:
ENGINE/DRIVETRAIN:
1) Timing Belt & Water Pump were recently done2) AC is ice cold3) Newly rebuilt VF-39 STi Turbo was installed4) All fluids have been changed out (Automatic transmission fluid flushed, rear differential replaced, coolant just flushed and replaced with Subaru proper fluid to reduce risk of head gasket failure/rust, Oil is changed with Shell Rotella)5) 2007 STi Top Mount Intercooler Installed (with Prodrive couplers)6) Perrin Turbo Inlet pipe7) New Plugs & Wires (less then 1000 miles on them)8) Perrin radiator shroud9) STi Pink 565cc Injectors and Walbro 255 Fuel Pump10) Front & Rear Rotots upgraded to StopTech Cross-drilled/slotted. Also did Stop Tech pads. (this was done less then 1000 miles ago also)11) Invidia Catless Downpipe12) Cobb replica cat-back exhaust13) Cobb Access Port - Car is on a OTS Map from Cobb Tuning for 2.0T WRX Auto with VF39, STi Pinks, Upgraded IC and Turbo Back. Runs and Drives great, no CEL's at all.14) STi Hood Scoop Splitter (matches to the TMIC)
INTERIOR:
1) Front Seats and all 4 door cars were replaced with 2006 WRX parts. The back seats are still the original SAAB seats.2) 2006 WRX Gauge Pod installed3) 2006 STi Steering Wheel installed (There is an airbag light as I did not re-connect the airbag)4) Pioneer AVH-X3800BHS Head unit - Includes Backup Camera, XM Radio, HD Radio and USB Input.5) Front speakers upgraded with Pioneer speakers (I have the rear speakers just did not install yet, will include in the sale)6) Interior lighting upgraded with LED bulbs7) 2007 STi Limited trim installed in center console8) Heated Seats work perfectly!9) Sunroof works with no issues and does not leak10) ATI Center Gauge Pod with Boost, Oil Pressure and Oil Temp Gauges11) Upgraded factory alarm that works with newer (better looking keyfob)12)
EXTERIOR:
1) Pictures show the car has gold Prodrive wheels, these will be replaced before sale with original Saab OEM silver wheels. (Picture:http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb43/bobsapps/DSCN0619.jpg)2) New tint was just installed (lifetime warranty)3) There are some dings/dents around car but overall its not bad. Front bumper is missing some paint down by fog lights.5) All lights work including fogs, power mirrors work with no issue and windows go up and down no problem.
MISC DETAILS:
1) Car runs & drives great, the added power parts have really picked up its performance. She also sounds really great.2) I would recommend a pro-tune at some point, the Cobb OTS map is good but there is plenty of power left that could be had via a pro-tune.3) The front axel boot on passenger side has a rip so this would need to be replaced.4) Also recommend down the line adding transmission cooler and maybe higher stall TQ. The 4EAT is a boring transmission but it will hold up to 500HP with no issue as long as you take care of it.5) JUST WANT TO BE CLEAR - CAR DOES NOT COME WITH GOLD PRODRIVE WHEELS (please see above, under exterior)6) Car has manual and 2 sets of keys that will come with it. One of the keys is the new upgraded FOB and STi Key.
Thank you for looking at my auction and please let me know if you have any questions. GOOD LUCK!
