2006 Volkswagen Jetta 2.5L Description

Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2006 Volkswagen Jetta. I would rate the exterior of this Jetta to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking sedan. It is finished in black over black leather interior, which is a good color combination. The black exterior has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific Jetta, there are normal scratches here and there which can be seen up close...but not from a few feet (just normal older black car stuff). The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well for their age and are wrapped in nice rubber with average tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Jetta looks inside and out. I would rate the interior of this Jetta to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. The dash and headliner are clean, too. As with most older Volkswagens, the headliner is drooping in the rear. This can be seen in the photos. The leather seats are supple, comfortable and show virtually no wear. Both front seats are heated. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The audio system is original and sounds good. The climate control system also appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR. The trunk is spacious and clean. Again, please check out each of the nearly 80 pictures to see how clean this Jetta looks. Mechanically, this Jetta appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.5L inline five cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for an older vehicle. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. There have been no idiot lights on during my road test. This Jetta has the desirable 5 speed manual transmission...which means no DSG automatic transmission issues or expensive services. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the five speed manual transmission are clean and precise, as they should be. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints.
